LSPD vs The Syndicate: The 2-Hour Heist at Pacific Standard

Last Friday the city witnessed one of the most intense standoffs in TCRS history as an underground syndicate breached the Pacific Standard central vault.
Negotiated hostage releases, spike strips along the freeway and air support circling overhead turned the night into a two-hour chess match.
