Every licensed business gets a property, staff access and custom branding. These are the sectors the city is looking for.

Licensing

How to get a business licence

  1. Step 1
    Write your pitch
    Concept, pricing, opening hours and what it adds to city RP.
  2. Step 2
    Proof of capital
    Show in-game funds for the lease and first payroll.
  3. Step 3
    Staff review
    A short voice pitch with the Commerce team on Discord.
  4. Step 4
    Keys & management
    Property keys, business bank account, hiring and registers.
Owners

Running a business

Commercial standards

To keep the city lively, licence holders must:

  • Open to the public at least 3–4 days a week
  • Employ at least 3 active whitelisted citizens
  • Pay weekly commercial rent and registered sales tax
  • Stay active — businesses inactive for 14 days go to auction

What approved owners get

  • Custom neon signage and logo
  • Your own menus, food, drinks and merch
  • In-game radio / DJ booth for clubs
