Server rules

You must treat your character's life with utmost importance. If an armed individual or group holds you at gunpoint with immediate lethal capability, you must comply and act with realistic fear. Reckless suicide charges or pulling weapons while actively aimed at is strictly forbidden.

When your character is downed and officially respawns at Pillbox Hill Medical Center, all memory of the immediate events leading to your incapacitation is wiped. You cannot return to the same scene or retaliate against parties involved for 30 minutes.

Utilizing out-of-character knowledge obtained from Twitch streams, YouTube videos, Discord direct messages, or third-party communications that your character could not have known in-game.

Forcing an unrealistic action upon another player without giving them an opportunity to roleplay back, or performing superhuman actions that defy physics and biological reality.

Your characters are completely independent individuals. Transferring money, vehicles, weapons, or properties between alternate characters belonging to the same player is strictly prohibited.

Vibecity proudly supports Telugu, Hindi, and English players. Citizens are welcome to roleplay in any of these three languages. All players must remain respectful and ensure fundamental scenario interactions are mutually understood.

Every player must possess a clear, functional microphone. Text-only roleplay is not permitted unless an official accessibility exemption has been granted by Management.

Any form of racism, casteism, religious discrimination, sexism, homophobia, doxxing, sexual harassment, or real-life death threats will result in an immediate permanent ban without appeal.

Never break character in local voice. Terms like "admins", "rules", "lag", "head pop", or "server restart" must be roleplayed creatively (e.g. "headache", "storm coming", "government gods") or kept strictly to /ooc text chat.

Downed, unconscious, or handcuffed citizens cannot communicate tactical coordinates or enemy movements over in-game radios or Discord calls.

Disconnecting from the server, exiting the game, or force-respawning while involved in an active police chase, shootout, hostage negotiation, or medical incident is strictly prohibited.

Before firing upon any citizen or vehicle, clear verbal demands and hostility must be established. You must give the other party sufficient opportunity to understand your intent and react.

Criminal operations, robberies, and hostile gang shootouts are capped at a maximum of 6 participants per faction. Bringing additional reserves, scouts, or flankers beyond 6 is forbidden.

Deliberately doing donuts, firing weapons in the air, or revving engines in front of Mission Row Police Station solely to provoke a police pursuit without narrative backing.

Shooting from vehicles requires realistic control. Drivers may only fire sidearms at low speeds (<40 MPH). Spraying fully automatic weapons while driving at 120 MPH is considered powergaming.

When robbing a citizen, you may only take luxury goods, illegal contraband, and accessible cash. You cannot rob essential survival items: driver licenses, government IDs, basic food/water, or starter phones.

Criminal squads must adhere to strict headcount limitations: Convenience Stores: Max 2 criminals. Fleeca Banks: Max 4 criminals. Paleto Bank & Pacific Standard: Max 6 criminals.

Fake hostages (friends or syndicate allies posing as victims for pre-planned demands) are prohibited. Hostages must be genuine uninvolved citizens who are given legitimate roleplay interaction.

Demands made to police negotiators must be plausible and fair: Free passage without spikes, no air-one (helicopter), or a getaway countdown. Unreasonable demands (e.g. $10,000,000 in cash or police disarming themselves) are forbidden.

Criminal crews must wait a minimum of 30 minutes between major robberies (Banks, Jewelry Store, Heists) to allow police and server economy to reset and provide roleplay opportunities for others.

Active on-duty Pillbox Hospital paramedics treating wounded citizens are neutral life-savers. Taking EMS hostage, looting medical supplies, or attacking paramedics during active triage is prohibited.

Stealing active police cruisers, SWAT Bearcats, or EMS ambulances requires substantial roleplay escalation and prior staff clearance. Casual joyriding in emergency vehicles is forbidden.

LSPD officers, state troopers, and Department of Justice judicial staff cannot engage in criminal corruption without an approved storyline docket submitted to High Command.

Precision Immobilization Technique (PIT) maneuvers by police or suspects must only be executed at speeds under 60 MPH and outside high-density pedestrian corridors.

Driving high-end supercars or low-clearance sedans up steep rocky mountains, cliffs, or staircases at high speeds is forbidden. Vehicles must match the terrain they traverse.

A character's permanent demise cannot be forced upon any player by other citizens or staff. Permanent character death requires the explicit, pre-consented written agreement of the character's owner.

Extreme torture roleplay, permanent dismemberment, or sensitive psychological horror requires explicit out-of-character (OOC) consent from all parties involved prior to execution.

Abusing game bugs, inventory synchronization glitches, infinite money exploits, or physics warping will result in an instant, permanent hardware ban and full character asset wipe.

Infractions follow a structured penalty escalation: Official Written Warning → 24-72h Temporary Ban → 7-Day Ban → Permanent Ban, proportional to offense severity and player record.

Player reports submitted in Discord tickets must include uncut, unedited video recordings (Medal.tv, Shadowplay, OBS) capturing at least 2 minutes of prior context with audible microphone audio.

Never pause or derail an in-game scenario to argue about rules in OOC chat or voice. Play out the scene to completion, record the incident, and submit a formal player report in Discord.
